Villa Description

The Frye House is a beautiful Caribbean style villa set on three acres of gardens lush with banana trees, palm trees, tropical flowers and the occasional vervet monkey. Very private, it is constructed of volcanic rock and mahogany and offers views of nearby Montserrat, Antigua and the ocean.

Built on two levels, the villa has four bedrooms and four baths.

The upper level houses the main living areas and kitchen as well as two of the bedrooms. A spacious living/dining room is furnished with rattan and provides many comfortable spots for reading, conversation and watching TV. The dining area has a large glass table which can accommodate 8 guests. A fully equipped kitchen is provided as well.

The master suite, located on the upper level, has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. A guest suite on this level has an en-suite bath and is furnished with two twin beds.

An expansive verandah surrounds two sides of the villa and provides 180 degree views of Mt. Nevis and the ocean. Guests will enjoy the constant island breeze on this wonderful verandah. This area is furnished and provides three sitting areas as well as an outdoor mahogany dining table which can seat 8. The verandah is the ideal spot to enjoy an alfresco breakfast or dinner.

On the lower level, there are two bedrooms suites. These suites are completely private from each other and each has its own separate entrance. The "Yellow" suite has two twin beds, ceiling fans and en-suite bath. The "Green" suite is a wonderful choice for teens and offers two twin beds and ceiling fans as well.

The villa has cable TV, VCR, CD player and maid service is included Monday through Friday mornings (except holidays).
