Villa Description
Chez Wilson is a very spacious, private, recently modernized 4,000 square foot hillside villa in Jessups, on the Western side of Nevis. It is ideally located near the Four Season's Resort's 18 hold Robert Trent Jones golf course and within a three minute drive of Pinney's Beach-a lovely palm rimmed beach that is one of the best on the island. The quaint capital of Charlestown is just a ten-minute drive.
The villa is discreetly hidden behind a 17th century stone wall on two sprawling acres of mature palm trees, lush plantings and a variety of fruit trees to include orange, grapefruit and mango trees.
Built around a tropical courtyard, the villa is built on two levels. The interiors feature pastel colored walls, terracotta tiled floors and a comfortable mix of rattan and tropical pieces. On the main floor are the living room, dining room, kitchen and three of the bedrooms each with en-suite baths as well as a powder room. The spacious living room is complete with cable TV, DVD player and stereo. A separate dining room which seats eight comfortably opens onto the large outdoor verandah overlooking the pool and the lush gorgeous tropical island vistas. This furnished verandah is an ideal spot for alfresco dining, savoring the evening sunsets with your favorite cocktail or just relaxing. A modernized kitchen offers all new US appliances to include a microwave.
The master suite is located on the second floor and is air-conditioned and features a spacious king-sized bed, study and beautifully large tiled bath. Additionally, there is a study/library on the second floor with Fax and photocopying machine. A balcony off the master suite and sun deck offers glorious views of the ocean and the lush island.
One of the most dramatic and outstanding features of Chez Wilson is the magnificent 65-foot infinity style vanishing edge pool with sunset views out to St. Kitts.
Chez Wilson is truly a tropical haven-a place to leave all of your cares behind and treasure the serene beauty of one of the prettiest islands in the Caribbean.
